There is a seven night minimum stay over the 4th of July. A five night minimum applies during the remainder of July, August,  and through Labor Day in September.   There is a two night weekend minimum in May, June, September, and October.  Other minimums may apply. 

All room rates are subject to state and local taxes totaling 11.7%.  Room rates subject to change without notice. Special Event rates may differ.

Ampersand Guesthouse is a non-smoking guesthouse for adults. All guest rooms contain either one queen or one full-sized double bed, and all have a private bath.  Rates are based on double occupancy, and there is a limit of two people per room.

A deposit of 1/2 the total room cost is required to confirm reservations.  Advance reservations will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of deposit.  Balance is due upon check-in: cash, VISA, MasterCard, or American Express.  Personal checks are accepted for deposit only.

Cancellation Policy:  Deposits are returned less a 15% service charge if a reservation is canceled prior to four weeks before arrival date.  Thereafter deposits are non-refundable.  Deposits on reservations for two or more rooms are non-refundable, as are deposits for reservations over holidays or for special events.   Shortening of reserved stays or changing of dates may be considered a cancellation.

A parking space must be reserved at the time of reservation.

Check-in time is 1:00 pm.  Check-out time is 11:00 am.
